This Car or Vehicles Applied Polyurethane Sealant is well welcomed with a bunch of features as one component, room temperature moisture curing, high elasticity, high strength, and will not produce corrosion on the material to be adhered. Application Method
1. Bonding surface cleaning: pour the matching cleaning agent into the clean and dry construction container, immediately cover and seal the original packaging barrel, and then apply a thin and even layer of cleaning agent on the cleaned and adhered surface with clean degreasing yarn and other materials, and dry at room temperature.
2. Application of base primer if necessary: shake the primer thoroughly before use, pour it into a clean and dry construction container, and immediately cover the primer container tightly, and then apply a thin and even layer of primer on the cleaned and adhered surface with a special brush tool, and fully dry.
3. Sealant Application: if it is hard tube packing, breaking the sealing film of the packing, and for the soft sausage packing, put the sausage sealant into the sealing gun and cut off the seal. Then install the sealing gun and use manual or pneumatic to evenly apply the sealant on the part to be sealed of the primer. It can be quickly bonded within the surface drying time.
Precautions
1. After opening, it should be used up within the days. Otherwise, it shall be strictly sealed for preservation;
2. If the base materials has special demanded, it can only be used after passing the pre test;
3. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of inadvertent contact, wash immediately with plenty of water and see a doctor if necessary. Avoid contact with children. Do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
4. In case the bonded workpiece is heavy or needs to be moved, auxiliary tools shall be used for positioning (pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, positioning block, etc.) within the curing time;
5. Recommended operating conditions: temperature 15-35 ℃, relative humidity 40% – 80%; the working environment should be ventilated enough.
Storage
Storage period: sausage type for 9 months; aluminium tube type for 12 months.
Recommended Storage Temperature: 10 -25 ℃ (no more than 45 ℃)
Storage in dry and low temperature environment will be beneficial to prolong the product quality guarantee period.
Transportation
This product is non dangerous goods and can be transported by train, car, ship and plane accordingly.
